well after the 21st last night it was as tough as hell getting out of bed, but how many times a year do you get invited along to a video shoot to help out
Fight like apes were recording a video for the global release of the video and single for their song “Something Global”. They needed 150 people to bring camera’s along to the gig and wanted people to record the gig on their camera’s, Camcorder, phones etc and then give them the video to make the actual music video for Flapes.
I got a pretty good place to stand only 1 person ahead of me so it was perfect, got some good pics and recording and everyone had a laugh and enjoyed it.
The Whole thing was crazy with so many camera’s zooming around and im sure half the footage is useless with so many camera’s probably getting in the way but all the same it should be interesting to see how Director Eoin Kidney makes it all work in the end.
Flapes raffled off oil paintings from the Tie me up with jackets video and other assorted goodies and then you got to queue up and get a signed poster and single off them and meet and chat and get pictures as you pleased.
Overall a nicely ran event, very much a lot of fun and hopefully some of our video footage will be used or better yet, we might be visible in the finished video 
It might be hard to miss ros madigan with his huge HD camera and cashen considering he probably was the most handsome man in there.
After the gig me ros and cashen went to clarehall and devoured a bonesless box deluxe from KFC
then we headed back to cashens and watched the United Everton FA Cup match, which ultimately was disappointing.
Great day, wouldnt have changed a thing, wonder what next weekend will bring
